re: Looking for video of LSU Tulane 1984 fight game

The Tulane team was woofing it up leaving the field, actually celebrating like they had done something great. They lost both the game and the fight. Wally English, Tulane's Coach encouraged all this, too.
Never forget Shawn Burks nailing Melvin Cormier who was kicking a tiger player who was on the ground.

Can anybody that saw the game tell me what happened with the fight or how it started? While I was alive at the time, that's about all I can say

I was at that game too. This was one of my favorite memories at Tiger Stadium. The air was electric. My brother and I were in the southeast corner, down low, and had a great view of everything. We were trying to scream to each other but couldn't hear over the noise. It was incredible. I also remember, like the other poster said, the people lingering on the ramps watching the videos, cheering all over again.
