Seriously...it depends on the results of the previous with down and distance, but ideally what i would see happening:
1 - Mett to Jacobs on a TE Seam (attacking the Safeties to keep them out of the box)
2 - Mett to Jarvis on a screen
3 - Mett to Hill on a wheel (WR pick on the LB in coverage)

my serious response.
I formation- 2 wide with jacobs on the right at TE, PA an off tackle left and bootleg right, throw to jacobs on a dig/post route to the backside of the play.
Sweep, either toss or jet
