That is the dumbest, most flawed Heisman argument I've ever heard.

If team quality and success didn't matter, then Troy Smith of Iowa State would have won 2 Heismans in a row in the late 90s. He was the only guy from a BCS/Power conference to average over 200 yards per game and not win. It was because his team was lousy.
