Tomm = the Lane Kiffin of the rant?

In your short tenure here we've learned that you are an arrogant jackass with a big mouth who may or may not know anything about football. That has yet to be determined... and everybody seems to dislike you.

63% completion and 7 TDs to only 3 INTs is playing well. If you don't know that, well....

That's pretty much it. I never said I disagreed that there were problems with the OL. At the same time, you can't blame them entirely. The rest goes on JJ.

Huh???? Congrats, you are about the only poster on this entire board who doesn't place any blame on Crowton's playcalling. Seriously, what a unique concept. Read your own message. It is either the OL or JJ...where is Crowton's responsibility?

He thinks the rush is getting there faster than it is so he's dancing around even when he has a pocket.

His biggest problem is the 5 step drop from the shotgun. You can tell by the way the tackles are blocking that they have no idea that he's that far back there. The 3rd sack he gave up (in the 4th Quarter) Dickson is blocking the DE and he's waiting to engage him and he just runs right past him.

When he doesn't take a drop from the shotgun and throws in rhythm he looks good. He did this in the 2 minute drill at the end of the game. But then he got lazy and took a 5 step drop and got sacked to end the game.

We're going to need some proof on that one.

those are not the only stats that are relevant, though, no matter how many times you post them. And with our WRs, 7 tds in 6 games fricking sucks. And Jefferson is certainly to blame for that, along with the Oline and Crowton.

for 6 games. That's excellent execution on the QB.

When he actually throws the ball, yeah, he's decent.

I watched the game and that pass was not the highest percentage one as most passes with 27 seconds left on your own side of the 50 are. Not only didn't you watch that game very astutely but apparently not much of college football. That play happens very, very frequently.

Seriously I can throw the 2 yard passes he has been throwing all season and maybe 2 at most of those touchdowns the receiver didn't have to break through the whole offense to score them. Do you watch any games?

LSU was on Florida's side of the field. So.. question to you? Do you watch the games?

My biggest problem with our play on offense is the 7 yard routes on 3rd and 10

That's the only argument most make when they have no argument to make... criticize the other person's knowledge.

If you analyze stats long enough you can make an argument for anything. What I am saying is they lie! The stats say that JJ is a better QB than Snead! What? You have to factor in everything. Sure Snead hasn't looked great, but I know and you know that Snead is a much better QB than JJ. Passing efficiency he is middle of the pack and his TD/INT ratio is 2:1. Good QB's are about 4:1 and great ones are about 8:1. Stats just show you a small piece of the puzzle. The real numbers would be what is his 3rd down completion %.

Ok, so then you don't buy the LSU 107th in offense right, because as you just said "stats lie". THIS year, Jefferson is playing better than Snead...obviously last year's Snead > this year's Jefferson. Snead threw 3 INTs in the Vandy game alone. And your "Snead hasn't look great" is like saying "yeah the Grand Canyon is a little ditch". 3rd down completion is definitely a factor but not the main one. Are you 3rd and 15 when you pass due to penalties and no running game or are you 3rd and 3 a lot of time when running or passing is an option.
