Incorrect the jet sweep in counted as a rush. Look it up tboy. 100% positive. The quarterback starting is the deserving qb

No, you look it up. Did you watch the auburn game? Dural had 0 rushes vs auburn. Its a jet sweep concept with harris pitching the ball forward. Hence the term forward pass. Its a smart play bc it cant be a fumble since he's tossing it forward but its still a pass.

I disagree about mett in the op, he could spin it and unfortunately it took the geniuses at the top more than a season to see it.

Enjoyed reading your post. Solid stuff. Mett has ELITE arm talent but he is a statue and has trouble reading defenses. Thats why the Titans drafted Marriota and none of these teams with disasters playing QB have traded for him. Possibly the best set of hands LSU has ever seen (Landry) and a current top 5 receiver on earth (OBJ) bailed him out a lot. With that said, Mett is the best QB Miles will probably ever get to play here.

It seems almost every pass is a homerun ball.

It's the QB who ultimately decides where to throw the ball. It's obvious now that Harris likes the deep throw, even when a DB is step for step.

Once he learns to throw more underneath and more dump offs to TE's and RB's. That's when our offense will have the balance it needs. Those routes are called almost every passing play. The primary read might be the deep threat, but that doesn't mean it's the best read.

Everything you said makes sense, but unfortunately history shows that this is what Les likes to do.

He posts more about about Bama than LSU and doesn't know scoring rules...

Chances it's Bryan: 98.3%

Im more likely to downvote my post. Ell_13 is a serial upvoter. Idk why youre talking about the moo st game those were all runs by dural. As you can see by the visual evidence i posted the 4 "jet sweeps" i was referencing came against auburn.

Dural finished the game with four catches for 15 yards and two rushes for 14 yards. Losing two touchdowns and 79 rushing yards can’t feel great but avenging last year’s loss to Mississippi State had to ease the sting for the junior wideout.

Jet sweep concept. Dural comes from the WR position on a sweep but we toss it forward to eliminate the possibility of a fumble.

COACHES do not have the confidence or mental capacity to open the play book up and spread the field. We've seen this for way too long.

It is what it is - prepare to watch LSU win or go down in flames doing what we do now. I HOPE I'm wrong.

Do you understand the word concept? The blocking scheme is the same as a sweep except hes tossing the ball forward.
