For the good of LSU, announce now that this is his last year and he will retire after the last game. Get the admins and boosters working on getting Herman. Give Les a chance for a send off, thank him for his work.

This can't go on any longer. LSU is now known as a joke, is no longer competitive in the SEC, and Les is incapable of changing and fixing it.

I think any chance for an amiable send off was lost when he was retained last year and came back with the same shite offense.

This is going to get ugly.

Yep, he should have rode off on the shoulders of the players into the sunset after the A&M game.Great sendoff at Tiger Stadium with a win. It should have happened. Oh well....

That was the script for last year had he not resisted. This year it's gonna be Monday after Auburn game and Alleva, saying "Dude, I need your keys."

Spurrier caught a lot of grief last season because people said he quit on his team. I disagree, I think he did what he thought was BEST for his team.

Les is not giving up $15million voluntarily.

I think if we lose one of the next three games, this may happen

He won't make it til the end of the year. Aranda will be interim coach. We will lose him when someone else is awarded the HC job, and the shitshow will start all over again. Alleva will hire a DiNardo level coach, and turn football into our basketball program. mediocre, at best.

Because all it takes to win are recruiting classes apparently.

And quite possibly unable to fix it, since he doesn't see that he and his blockhead offense and QB non-development and failure to utilize all his team's vast talent is the problem.

He can recruit with the best, but he can't coach the talent he brings in, is the bottom line.

Les is too stubborn. He's going down with the ship.

Well they might finally get some coaching on the offensive side of the ball at least.

So Les is going to continually hold us hostage with the "recruiting class" threat?

No, sorry, that dog won't hunt any more.

Hell, we need a top five recruiting class just to manage to get ten wins and a shite bowl.

So if one class gets screwed up, so be it.

But I'll bet you that this year's class will be a lot less "screwed up" than you think.

Because we have the best recruit in past 50 years as our rb and that's working out so well.
