there is actually some truth to this. He is definitely getting better at putting the right coaches around him. I remember when he got hired. He was not a popular hire at the time and I did not like him. I remember saying he would last 3 years before he got fired. Oh how wrong I was. Geaux Tigers and geaux Les!

He recruits well and hires good asst coaches (most of the time/fixes it when he has to)

He is goofy as hell but fun to watch.

He doesn't lose many games he shouldn't and loves LSU.

We might could do better but we damned sure could do worse.

If I had to pick right now between Miles and Saban I would take Miles. I like guys who work off of intuition. He's one of the great recruiters and makes a powerful presence in a living room with a prospect's parents (I know Steven Ridley's mom). He is the well respected leader. He is Coach.

We could not do better. Coach Miles is the winningest coach in college football since 2005.
