Seems like Les was a little down today. He seemed annoyed. In the past, he is usually up beat, full of energy at his Monday press the week of a big game. Got a feeling he is tired of the LSU fanbase

Starting Harris is an admission he made the wrong call the first 5 games and cost us the MSU game, he doesn't like having to do that.

No sane person is "up" 100% of the time.

He did perk up when asked about his son though. I think the dude is a legit family man.

He's facing the worst start to the sec in his tenure at LSU if we lose Saturday, with a gauntlet of a schedule in full effect. Your butt would be puckered too.

Well, he heard a bunch of cretins boo an 18yr old kid Saturday night. Then woke up Sunday morning realizing he was responsible for putting him in that position. Can't imagine why he's a little annoyed.

Exactly, they usually work long hours during a normal season, with this years team there are probably longer mornings.

I don't think this is the case, but I do think the Jennings situation has him down.

Jennings didn't handle the QB situation well this year. He's a lot more talented than he's played, and I think it's because he knew Harris was going to be the eventual starter at some point this season. He just wasn't ready game 1, and that put Miles in the spot of starting the guy when everyone knew it was a short-term deal. That's a hard thing to do to a kid.

Now he has to find a way to salvage Jennings for depth, and I'm not sure how that will happen.

I feel bad for miles and jennings. The fans are being really mean.

He had skipped breakfast and was thinking about bagels. He likes them with that mayhaw jelly that his neighbors mom makes.

I've been thinking about this a lot, and agree. Our lack of depth at QB would leave anyone awake. But the truth is Jennings is one snap away from being the man again.

Les is a great human, but he's no great coach...and without Louisiana athletes, the real basic truth would be obvious...jmho...he takes too long to adapt to the obvious...
