Les Miles: He's already won a National Title at LSU and is playing for another in a couple of weeks. Miles, who has connections to Dolphins owner Steve Ross through their University of Michigan ties, is probably looking to make a Pete Carroll style jump to the NFL considering the NCAA is investigating his program and sanctions could be on their way.

Sun Sentinel: Miami Dolphins Head Coaching Candidates

It may be easy for some to dismiss the article/author/publication, but, while analyzing the facts, it seems Les is the least likely candidate for a college-to-NFL leap...

Some people shouldn't be given a keyboard. Most of them work in media, unfortunately.

Since poaching off our coach worked so well for them last time.

It would be a dream come true for me if CLM tell everyone that wanted him gone to go screw themselves get to the NFL win a superbowl there by surpassing saban then come back to coach at Auburn.

HOwever he's too classy for that so THANK GOD he staying back.

Are these double secret NCAA investigations that only the Miami media are privy to?

Really. Les knows he's got the best job in the country, bar none. Pundits will be pundits.

I wonder if it's the same top secret investigative team down there that told them Brees' shoulder injury was much worse than he was leading on.

Les has never shown an ounce of interest in jumping to the pros. Saban would be talking to the GMs of every pro team who was looking for a new coach the last two years he was here so it was apparent he was interested in a pro job.

In the eyes of a certain diminutive coach, Dr James Andrews lacks credibility on matters of orthopedics.

That Saban statue looks like crap, an exact replica to the man himself.

Agreed. It will be interesting to watch how things unfold with the rumors of Texas and Saban. If this happens, get ready for the Bama meltdown!

The CBS national NFL writer said Les will be THE hot college name this year

Supposedly that's from multiple NFL front office folks
