Les is a top notch recruiter, absolutely elite. He has first class character and a genuine heart and personality. He's the most quality man to line up every fall as a CFB head coach.
His weakness is the philosophies of Bo, they don't work at a high level in the modern game and Bo was never that great to begin with. That was a case of The Michigan name helping add to the legend. But Miles is loyal to a fault.
