I haven't got a chance to see Harris play, but from what I am hearing on here he sounds legit. I'm already excited for the spring game.

He's raw but has a lot of natural ability. He has a strong arm, runs well but lacks accuracy. He needs to work on his foot work and his accuracy will improve. Fortunately he has one of the best teachers in the nation to help him become a great college QB and future NFL QB.

Here's the question...

Do you gamble on BH raw potential....or Jennings "safer" style of play.

Ultimately it comes down to how quick he picks up the offense. But if its close in the spring....I'd roll with the potential.

Based on what? I've watched most of his games and he's about as accurate as a HS QB can get. Does raw mean that he didn't have elite WR to throw to in HS? He is pretty damn polished if you asked me. Y'all will see in the spring.

I like the Jameis comparison. Lets not put those kind of expectations on him, but, like Jameis, he is a QB with a big arm that wants to get receivers the ball, but will run if needed.

I liked that he said he was okay if he doesn't get the start as well.

LSU needs to get some swagger back, have not had it since 2011. Most of the 2011 role players are gone now, maybe the wound will finally heal.

You do realize we just had a RB go for 1400+ yds and 16TDs, right.

All while missing the first two games of the year.

The same guy who was averaging 10 yards per carry in fourth quarters last year, but didn't get a fourth quarter carry against Clemson? The same guy who routinely got put on the bench this year for long periods of time and averaged about 15 carries per game before the bowl game, when he should have been getting at least 25.

It will be a miracle if LF gets 10 carries per game this year. It's funny that the fans who tell the truth are the one's who get crap. Have you all not been watching LSU use a million different running backs every year under Miles? Miles has a history of not riding the best back.

Im a B Harris fan! We need to be happy and support the guys that love LSU like Brandon. The ones that want to go somewhere else, they making a big mistake but their loss.

Wow. I'm surprised Geauxxxx hasn't chimed in yet. He says LF won't even be LSU's main back until at least mid season and by his analysis of LF's playing time there's no way he wins a Heisman next year or any due to RB by committee at LSU. But then again, we've had SOOO many RB's of LF's caliber during Miles' tenure at LSU.
