if you looked at that game and came away thinking that the biggest problem with LSU during that near loss was quarterback play, you're being remarkably close minded and there is nothing JJ could do to win you over.
if you looked at that game and came away thinking that if only we had the kind of production JL gave us that last time we saw him on the field. you are an idiot and there is literally nothing JL could do for you not to want him in there.

Getting sacked >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> throwing a pick 6.
For the record, dumbass, JJ has thrown a pick 6 and taken the last sack for LSU.
Give Lee a fricking chance.

Based on the way JJ plays, JL should get more playing time now vs when he comes in to replace a hurt or ineffective JJ

(Actually its beginning to look like JJ "Mr 3-and-out")
Actually you would have point if JJ throw a pass on all 3 downs, But when you run 2 time's of the 3 and go 3 and out you could call it YNWIGCN !
But keep trying Robb one day you might get JL back in the game!

remember last year, you guys were all give lee chance JJ sucks and then Lee got a chance and was much much worse than JJ. How many times does he have to prove that he's terrible?

Wow. A pick 6. As in one. In how many starts?
Drew Brees has thrown A pick 6 as well.
But he doesn't average 2 pick 6's per start like General Lee.

FIFY.

JJ wasn't the problem in that game (JJ had a 75% completion percentage and two TDs, the interception was not important as it was a desperation throw right before halftime). The problem is we couldn't run consistently, and we ran it 60% of the time. With this o-line (just like last year), we need to throw the ball a lot more (we threw it only 21 times, compared to 46 for North Carolina) to be successful on offense. The main issue is Crowton/a weak o-line, and the only one we can hope to improve this year is Crowton (though that hope may be very slim).

When you call the same 2 running plays back to back!
FIFY.

+1.
JJ was one of our better performers last night. It amazes me the shite he takes. I really hate to throw out the "R-ism" word but no other explanation really adds up.
The three most underappreciated or unfairly criticized players in LSU football history were (in my opinion)
1. JaMarcus Russell
2. Rohan Davey
3. Jordan Jefferson

If every QB we have is a highly recruited, top notch QB in high school, who comes to LSU, only to fail at the college level, I wonder what the real problem is. I think Matt FLynn is just the exception, who succeeded despite piss poor coaching.

Lee cannot possibly be this bad...bad enough that Jefferson always gets the nod. Lee and the pick sixes were an anomaly. If any of us tried to throw that many pick 6's it would be hard. Lee has pocket presence and can throw down field. Even when Jeff threw down field, it took him so long to throw when RR was open for it seemed a life time. It still was a positive result and they still didn't throw up top enough. These receivers are great talents that don't look like they will get utilized again. I would rather at least try to throw down field and make some mistakes so we can spread things out for the running game instead of not trying at all. Les is just incompetent. It's been a while since I've seen a team flat out quit like that.

Lee should play only if JJ is hurt

So as long as JJ completes 3-7 yard passes and keeps that percentage up, you will continue to think he is our best option?
Look, the most prolific offense we have had here over the last 3 years was in 2008. Fact.
This year, JJ has a running game and an OL. I won't freak out if he starts against Vandy, but if the offense is as putrid again, then I think it is only fair to give JL a chance. And if you do not think that is reasonable, then you're right, we should bring up the R-word.
