Waters is definitely explosive. His explosiveness doesn't jump out at you the same way Morant's does because Morant is taller and has more highlight reel dunks but Tremont is just as fast as Morant and, for his height, is a similar athlete vertically as well. However, it's true Waters would struggle to get on draft boards this season. It isn't just his height, as he has struggled with consistency and decision-making somewhat this season as well. I still believe Reid and Smart are the best NBA prospects on this team for now (although I think Days could get drafted in the future). Waters and Kavell would have a solid chance of snagging a two way contract after this season though. Another thing is next year's PG class will be much stronger than this year's so it may be harder for Waters next year unless some of the top HS PGs (Cole Anthony, Nico Mannion, Jalen Leqcue, possibly LaMelo Ball) struggle Waters still might have trouble.
