Since Collins was left off the All SEC teams, is this a sign he will return next season? I'm pretty sure Les and stud will get him back..

We were next to his gf on the walk down against tamu and asked her. He doesn't have that many hours left to graduate. He gone.

Wish he would stay, would be awesome to have a stacked senior class for a change. Can you imagine if he Odell, Freak, and Ego stayed?

He'd really benefit from staying. I'd be curious to see what his draft grade comes back as.

He wont be rated as a top 5 Tackle and if he is rated the 6-10 tackle, I dont see him going. hell fall even further if Greg Robinson comes out, which he likely will.

he should stay...its weird how saban can get his top players to stay for 4 years and we cant get players that are on the fence and could benefit another year to stay....wonder what he is telling them to make them stay because we need to find out and tell our players to entice them to stay...

4 tackles in the 1st round of the big board, none of them LC. Heard multiple people say is Robinson comes out, hes a top 3 tackle. So that would be a guaranteed 5 tackles rated higher than him.

My opinion, last year showed that you can be a top 5 pick as a tackle, so why not improve on your stock if youll be a 3rd round pick with 1st round talent?

If La'el gets the info and truly thinks he can move himself up into the top 10 picks then and only then does it make monetary sense to come back.

I highly doubt he falls out of the 2nd round this year. I'm not sure the difference between late-1st and late-2nd is that much to make him come back.

See though, this is the difference that bugs me. Why is it that at other schools, guys want to come back to improve from a 2-3 pick to a top half of the first round? At LSU it seems guys say "3rd round? Hell yea!"

He is a 1st round talent who could play himself into bigger and better money.

The $ is in the second contract, period. Advancing the clock one year toward that second contract is much more valuable than delaying the second contract to improve the first.

LSU players leave if they have a chance of getting picked up in free agency.

when a team is in the running for a title every year its really an easy choice, plus the players love alabama they are treated like royalty.

those player look at the glory of being an alabama great vs LSU players trying to get money. Money will be there and last a while but to be one of the best players at your school that glory last forever.

you can run from the truth all you want but its fact...the reason they are winning championships or in the top 3 year in and year out is because he keeps his good players there longer...you cant say that if we woulda kept all our defense that went early we wouldnt of been better...its fact deal with it...until we figure out how to keep our good players 4 years itll be up and down...yes we will lose our great players early but who doesnt....its the ones that are late 2nd to 3rd rounders we are losing that should come back and would benefit coming back
