KRob to SS
quote:

I like the Defense, but I'd just as soon let the DH bat for him and take a chance with whoever is pitching at the plate. Awful hitter, I've always said it, and I'll continue to forever b/c he'll never be a good hitter. Bring the hate, but the truth hurts.
-Trent
quote:

He hits well in the Fall, but not in LSU's uniform.
-Trent
quote:

It's my opinion of him from what I've seen in his career. I like the D, hate the bat. I wish it was better, but it's just not gonna happen.
-Trent
quote:

this is the dumbest post in the thread. if you wanna talk shite, do it now. come sec play, trent will be right and all your bookmark will do is make you look dumb. bookmark me too, he wont hit .250 against sec pitching.
-Tigers13
quote:

I'll take poche hitting over krob every Friday. Dude hit bombs in high school.
-Trent

KRob at Leadoff
quote:

I guarantee he's going to put the ball in play...to the infielders for easy outs.
-MadTown Tiger
quote:

Krammer sucks at batting. Always has, always will. Time to find us a new 2b that can hit the damn ball more than 13% of the time. I'm tired of knowing it's an automatic out.

KRob sucks. Not sure why he is still on the team.

Why does KRob even play. What does he bring to the table?
-buganationHD
quote:

Kramer doesn't have a whole lot of potential
-High Life
quote:

Im arguing that he should never play. Except maybe to pinch run. Yes he might have a better BA than a few freshman but his ceiling is much lower than theirs.
-High Life
quote:

Robertson wouldn't sniff the field if LSU had a quality SS on the team.
-tzimme4
quote:

He's really not good, but they're getting by with him so far.
-tzimme4

He is an average college ss, and a subpar one for LSU

I was hoping the Cardinals would get one or all of LSU's seniors, since they have to go so senior heavy.

Like the pick.

Damn. That's a big jump up from where he was drafted last year. From 32nd round pick to 4th round pick. Congrats Kramer

So greg jumped from 26th to 2nd and Kramer from 32nd to 4th? I'd say they made the right decisions.

My draft tracker is no longer working. The Kramer pick short circuited the system

I don't think Kramer will be in the poor house anytime soon

LSU are lightening fast with the updates to their players' profiles, huh?

It's a senior thing, not a needs thing.

In a couple of years, Lange will be pitching to Kramer in a Cubs-Cardinals ESPN Sunday Night Baseball Game.

Thank god. Now their announcers can catch the Curse of Mulkey.

ETA: seems some of you think I was using this a slight against Kramer. Just a joke about St. Louis announcers inevitably bringing this up on a consistent basis.

no, but more money is always better, and Kramer has no leverage as a senior with no eligibility left. Still will have a bigger bonus than he would have had he signed last year, so good for him coming back and improving his stock so much.
