It is obvious that Kragthorpe had his hands behind his back and was shoved in the chest by Fisher. There was only one person who committed an assault in that situation and it was not Kragthorpe. How did he start something?

Verbal “assault.” Without being touched, there is no reason for Fisher to turn if he isnt hearing something from a guy who approached him from behind.

I care less about aTm now than I did before the game. Im more mad that O didnt try to win the game instead of being too scared to lose.

Battery is usually considered a more serious crime than assault, although they often go hand-in-hand

You can't prove verbal assault through an audioless video though, since something like "hey frick you" isn't considered assault. It has to be a threat of causing bodily harm, coupled with an apparent ability to do so.

Craig was also throwing balls at the LSU WRs during pregame warmups. That dude is very salty.
