I have to agree. The confused secondary and awful ST play will get this team beat on one or more occasions.

UF had guys running free in the secondary all day. For a group that claims to be at DBU, they should be a bit embarrassed.

Good, that means there are areas for improvement. Keep winning and start peaking at the right time.

Yeah pass coverage has been disappointing. Fortunately it hasn't cost us a game. Getting Mills back should help a lot.

Yet our pass defense is statistically as good as Bama's and Florida's.

That's the scary part. We haven't played close to a perfect game yet.
Maybe 75-80%. I can't imagine being close to hitting on all cylinders

I predict that DBU will rise up as Mills takes over as a leader, and the DBs realize that they can't live on reputation and this team will be unbeatable if they play up to their potential.

Also expect the notsospecialteams to improve enough to not cost us a game.

This is stupid. No team in the country has or will do this.

It's college football. Every single team is flawed

My exact thoughts. We are making some big mistakes and still winning games. our offense is putting up some big numbers

UF had one positive gain 40yd pass) in 15 plays during last 8 min. The potential is there and they will improve.

You are correct. He is the only one criticizing the secondary and ST. He is obviously a crank who should be ignored.

You must have been at a different game from the one I attended. Take away the two long pass completions the UF QB pulled out his arse and I come away with a good defensive effort by the LSU secondary.

This is kind of what I am banking on. The gelling, peaking, and coming into form needs to happen real quick here though. November is going to be a bloodbath. I just hope it's not one for the Tigers.

we are giving up less than 100 yards on the ground. We are getting up on teams forcing them to pass. UF has just as much talent on the perimeter as any team. Mills getting in the 4th is good news. Thomas played much better, but Jefferson had a bad night.
