O'Sullivan is thought to be a top 3-5 coach in the country. Not sure how that's supposed to be a big knock on Mainieri, as he is also a top 3-5 coach and his record speaks for itself

If this board were Florida fans, they would have eaten O'Sullivan alive for his lack of postseason success with great talent and regular seasons before this year. O'Sullivan is obviously a great coach, but this board way overrates how much an impact a baseball coach has on the outcome of a single game.

O'Sullivan would've been fired already if he coached LSU. The amount of talent he brings in is unreal
