Yes. Start the fricking game on time if there isn't lightning within 20 miles. There should be a rule. X miles away or more, play ball until it is within X miles. Live with the consequences.

Delay the start; thunderstorms expected at 3:00pm. Earlier game start would already be over. TV game time schedule dictates stupidity; need a little flexibility when you know weather forecast.
