until Keiland starts running over people he will be hated on this board by 90%. Nothing he can do will change that. Hated him last year when he was getting 7 yards a pop, hate him this year because he has proven in 7 carries that he doesn't belong on D-1 scholly.

I burned him in effigy at the tailgate Saturday.

The problem with KW is he can't run off tackle..

this is fundamental issue with Miles philosophy he learned from Bo at Michigan..

KW is best used on the swing pass and the pistol option play, or reverse play action..

KW IS NOT THE RB you want for 3rd and 2..

He doesn't run hard enough north and south..

I think fans here and myself are struggling with the fact that KW as a 5star player..and he is 3rd on the depth chart now....

He needs to develop this skill...

maybe the coaching staff is hiding the playbook by just letting scott pound out some yards, other than KW and RM spreading out the field. all three backs will have a huge weekend, book it.

what's with the fumbles shite in practices, really? the man ha syet to fumble in a game, he can fumble all he wants in practice, if that's why he hasn't been playin more, that's a pretty damn stupid reason.

I wonder why Chow and Carroll never got so pissed at Reggie for not being able to do that. They should have benched him rather than just utilize him for his strong suits.

It'll be interesting to see if Jefferson gets a teeny little RP package either this week or some time later in the season. KW is a beast out of that formation although he never knocked Major Wright to one knee .

If anything, they've probably explored the playbook more to give the QBs experience against shite teams.

KW not gonna run over anyone, not his game, he'll give you a juke and explode on ya arse leaving dust and shite in ya face, I'll I know is LSU should be using as much as Scott, one-two punch, power and speed, there's a lot of other SEC teams that would love to have a back of that caliber.

that and constantly fumbling the ball.

What? I think this has become an urban legend. Need some links.

KW's also still averaging in the Hester range of YPC this season on the 10 carries he has. But he still aint shite til he done starts lowering da boom on people old school style.

I mean Keiland hasn't accomplished nearly as much as any of the other backs on the roster. Why do we continue to let him dress out when there are plenty of other guys on the scout team that can hit the hole, run off-tackle, hold on to the ball, etc better than him. I hope Les Miles can one day stop looking at how good Keiland was in high school and how he magically just lost all talent since then.

if by runs faster you mean runs slower than yes by all means he does

Keiland would win in a race without pads, but I'd say Ridley easily beats him to 5 yards past the line of scrimmage during a game. At least so far this season, which is all we have to go on.

quote:

how can you not see that KW is a completely different kind of back then Scott or Ridley or Hester?

He is, but I'm not sure why you're lumping Scott, Ridley, and Hester together.

quote:

He's not going to bust up the gut and grind out the tough yards every time. Big fricking shite.

It is big fricking shite. It's infinitely better to put our QBs in 2nd and 5 and 3rd and short, than 2nd and 3rd and long and cross our fingers that Keiland breaks one.

quote:

He can however, pop outside and go for 70 on any play, something Ridley can not.

Why are you so convinced Ridley can't break one? I have seen nothing to indicate that's the case.

Who cares what he accomplished last year or the year before? Those yards and points won't carry over to Auburn next week. Right now, he looks like the 4th best tailback on the team at best. I don't give a shite that he had a nice touchdown against Notre fricking Dame 2 years ago.

I love what Herbie says..."LSU has to find a way to get Keiland Williams the ball more in those types of situations" (paraphrasing).

SO TRUE!!

HAHA because that was the only highlight I showed you right?

Based on whose assumptions? Yours? More nega-tigers?

That is what you do in football. You prove it on the field where it counts, like he has. Instead of just being a stud in practice, this kid has actually proven he can jump start an offense.

Or how about the fact that I have been to practices this year and KNOW that Keiland does everything faster than Ridley consistently in drills "with pads on"
