I thought so too, but in retrospect there were glaring weaknesses that we should have seen. I don’t ever remember him catching a competitive ball. Surely he did, but he does not get up in the air and win battles. All of his productivity came from getting wide open, which really isn’t a thing in the NFL.

I actually think former Tiger Dee Anderson has a better chance at making a NFL team than Kayshon Boutte. I saw Anderson with the NO Breakers in the USFL recently and he looked good catching the ball with them, and in shape.

Crazy how people formulate a narrative about someone who has never had a menaningful interaction/conversation with them and probably haven't been within 3 feet of them.

Was the injury Boutte had a torn achilles? I know it was a foot issue.

Achilles injuries are brutal for recovery. I know this first hand!

JaMarcus Russell says hello!
that’s another good answer. Still probably 1a-1b though.

Kayshon went from 1st round expectations to very late round draft pick that likely won’t even make a roster in the matter of a year.

I don’t think it was the injury. I think it was and is his work ethic post-injury.

Jamarcus had some family issues etc. I do think he still has most if his money though. And all the purple drank we can ever drink

Let me get this straight. You think that Dee Anderson - who transferred from LSU to OSU to Alabama State, and is currently playing in the USFL - has a better chance of making an NFL roster than a guy who is currently on an NFL roster?

Tweet has been deleted since the quote never actually happened. I'd suggest deleting this post too. It's a KB7 shitsmearing post at this point.
