Kavontae Turpin 3 TDs Today

Thought maybe a few of you might be interested in knowing that Turpin has 3 TDs today in the 1st half against UT. He has shown flashes in previous games but this was his first breakout game. Needless to say, thank you LSU for passing on him.

He's a great athlete and product of your system. He needs to be in space. Needless to say he couldn't be a primary target for us and would have to learn to block. He will have a great career.

What's the record for most receiving touchdowns in a game? I hope the kid breaks it as a freshman. As of now he has 4 and I'm guessing the record is 5.

I have no idea but if he is going to get to 5 he better do it soon as GP is already starting to shut things down with more run plays.
