This was probably Hatcher's worst game of the season, but I also thought Reid was pretty mediocre as well. Loston played pretty well, I thought. But certainly Hatcher & Reid need to play much better vs. Ark., and the defense as a whole did a poor job of tackling last week. They must also play better at Ark. this week.

I just figured he was slow and couldn't catch them.

Hatcher got poked in the eye by Masoli on a stiff arm. That was the one the ran towards the LSU sideline for a 1st down.

I have to ask what the CB was doing and who the CB was on this play. Because I was at the game and didn't get to see the replay. Either he was sent on a blitz or bit on the underneath guy. Which if he bit on the underneath guy, it's his fault cause I almost guarantee he was supposed to be in deep thirds.

Why was he scared to tackle, twice he ran along side the ole piss player and could have taken them down.

The one at the two yard line was truly mystifying. Masoli almost stopped, and Hatcher did stop. I can't figure out what the hell he was doing.

It seemed he was escorting Masoli into the endzone.

This.

It reminded me of LSU defenders running along side Scam Newton in the Auburn game, but not laying a finger on him. That spectacle reminded me of the drunk guys seen running down the streets/alleys of Pamplona next to a raging bull, but wanting no part of any plan to actually touch the bull.

The refusal to tackle masoli on the TD run was much more baffling than the long pass. Regardless, grabbing vs. lowering a shoulder reminds me of Jr. High.

Karnell, you gotta play pissed and knock the snoot out of these guys, on every play.
