Last night I saw two packs of something for sale at the gas station around the corner which was labeled as "Lab Certified Legal in Louisiana." It was just another synthetic formulation sprayed on whatever the hell they spray that stuff on. I can see how this could be confusing to someone.
Of course the best policy is to just stay the hell away.

They'll make one chemical illegal then a a few weeks later someone will synthesize another cannibanoid until it becomes illegal. Rinse and repeat

yup.......same thing with the "Bath Salts". Every time a state or agency bans one, the companies just come up with a new and improved formula with "legal" ingredients.
There are SO MANY synthetic THC Cannibinoids and amphetamine related chemicals out there that the DEA and any other enforcement agency is going to be busy for years trying to control this new wave of "legal" highs.

Is it banned in all of Louisiana's stores? I think they rash of Welsh kids get in trouble and the store owners were caught selling illegal synthetic substances recently.

Yes. You can still get it on the internet probably. It comes from China mostly, though the chemical was made at Clemson University as a part of a study.
