O back for his 2nd year. Everybody on DL returning. Sr. Beckwith returning. 9 starters returning on D. One of the brightest DC coaching them.

Apparently you are forgetting that lsu was very young/inexperienced last year on the d line and thin to boot. Don't go there dude, you are wrong. LSU is a physical football team. Opposite of lsu would be oregon. Very finnese. Lsu is not finesse.

LSU is physical on offense. The past few years on defense they recruited faster smaller players. Its quite simple. We haven't been big and physical on defense in few years

Lol. Don't speak facts. This guy is trying to convince me that lsu as a program is not physical based off of a couple of years where he thinks they werent. Les miles is our coach and as long as he is our coach we will be physical on both sides of the ball or someone's getting fired. It's that simple. He prob thinks steele took the job at auburn as a promotion from lsu and doesn't think lsu ran him off for the same reason he's bitching about. LSU 8s and has been a physical football team beating motherfrickera up for as long as I can remember.

104.5 espn radio app. Its not breaking news. Coach O said it himself. Les Miles has eluded to it. Or you can just use common sense.

Chavis and steele had mindset that they would sacrifice size for speed.

Have you been under a rock or stuck in 2011

dude are you mentally incapable of retaining information. My original post I said that isn't a problem this season. Cleary stated that. I said last three seasons it has been. Which clearly it has.

Moffitt has been at LSU for 16 years and has built a new Weight Room every year. He has been here for 2 NC's and is said to be the best at what he does.

The argument now has nothing to do with Moffitt. We are discussing the past 3 or so years. This guy keeps taking shots at me but has yet to bring anything knowledgeable to the conversation

O said we're heavier on the line this year, which has a lot to do with the fact our lighter DE's are now LB's. Sacrificing size for speed has nothing to do with being physical, you can be small and still be physical. So, did any LSU coaches actually say LSU wasn't physical, or did you just make that up?

OK. I am not saying we sucked on defense. Its common knowledge our last two defensive coordinators sacrificed size for speed. The last few years we have not had even close to the size we have this year on the defensive front. We lost in the trenches against bama ole miss and arky bc of this reason

Miles talked about it as well saying we lost the battle in the trenches. I believe that was in his last luncheon but could be wrong.

Anybody who thinks our D line has lived up to what our expecations were from 2000-2011, must have been happy with outcome last three seasons. I know Coach O isn't.
