Serious? He messes up constantly. More than any other announcer. I dont even notice other announcers when they make mistakes. Verne you can count on for several a game. Names, ages, teams, whatever. He just isnt fast enough to keep up anymore, his mind works too slow and he messes up. He gets confused by calls, penalties, people. Its like listening to a grandpa in a nursing home ramble on about some nonsense once he gets confused. Gotta just tune him out.
