I hate this!! Why do people have the sudden urge to get married in the middle of football season. In '07 I had tix to the LA Tech game when we scored 58 points and Hester had that 89 yard run. I had to give it up for a wedding....weddings suck if your'e not the one getting married!!!! It should be illegal to get married on a Saturday during the months of August-January.

What makes this even crazier, since the wedding is in Florida, is that the Gators and Seminoles play each other at the same time as the LSU game - 3:30 eastern. Considering how many fans in that state watch that game every year (lived there 22 years myself, teams' records don't matter to them), that tells me that almost every damn male involved in that wedding is going through the same thing you are. How about paying a neighborhood kid to launch a couple of 3:15 PM stink bombs through the church door - that should buy you at least the first half, and when none of the males can be found once the ceremony is ready to proceed, the ladies will cry for the length of the second half of both games. Strength in numbers! But then if there's only one TV where you guys are hiding, and they all want to watch the FL-FL ST game, you're still fricked.
