Marcus Thornton signed with the Wizards to replace injured Gary Neal. Saw it on yahoo. Sorry no link, google their roster.

Me too.

We've had our most passionate bball teams when we've had local players on our teams who gave a damn.

Hope Thornton can wreck shop again like he did for the Hornets/Pelicans for a long stretch a few years back. I think that was in the Chris Paul days or at least pre-Anthony Davis

Will always have a spot in the league barring and god forbid injury.

Even though he played for the Spurs early on, he needs that type of shooting mentor Kawhi Leonard had in SA, forget his name. If he could be a D and just add the corner 3 to his game that is it, he will carve out 3-4 years.

Yeah his career is winding down, its tough but thats pro sports, and with the NBA being so small and competitive, its very hard.

I wish the spurs kept him and molded him into a Bruce Bowen type player with that aggressive D and the corner 3. Always liked watching Temple play while at LSU. Thornton too.

I said this his whole career at LSU. If he had a corner 3 shot like Bowen, he would have made a great living in the NBA.

He's still in and Tyrus is out....NEVER SAW THAT COMING
