Lost to Florida, aTm and now USCe on the road.

Best road win is Vanderbilt or Alabama? Neither very good or tournament teams right now. Really need to win at UK to close the season out. I think we will probably be 12-5 going into that game too. So it definitely could be win and in or lose and out.

LSU is 3-3 on the road in SEC play, I'm pretty sure that's tied for best in SEC.

USCe hadn't lost at home the entire season. TAMU lost to both Bama and Vandy on the road. UK lost to AU and Tenn on the road.

SEC road play is rough.

Did you hear the guy on ESPN who said we should be in with 11 conf wins? I can't remember his name but I was fairly shocked to say the least.

You're right though, it's been hard for us to get a signature road victory. It's a combination of things that need to be fixed if we want to have road/tourney success and time is starting to run low now. Although, the refs were atrocious tonight.

Not saying they are great but bama will probably have a top 50 rpi after this game.

LSU doesn't defend. That's why they can't beat good teams on the road (or really at all outside of UK).

This year's team is a horrible defensive group. Last year's team was a good defensive group. It's no conicidence that last year's team could win on the road and this one can't.

Agreed, they just arent good defensive. The perimeter guys are use to risking it on the court and having a shot blocker cover their mistake imo. hopefully the Juco guy can help us with that next year.

Any road win in the SEC is a good win

LSU better come to play because this second half of the SEC schedule is way tougher than the first half.

LSU still has to play A&M and Florida. And go to Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky.

Things could get hairy. Or LSU could be sitting pretty.

People shite all over Mickey at the end of last season, but they didn't realize just how much bad defensive play he cleaned up by erasing shots at the rim. They also desperately miss Musselman on that side of the ball. Jones can't teach defense. That task is left up to a fat slob who hasn't been relevant in coaching for nearly 30 years.
