Journalist says he might have to eat crow

JC Shurburtt in his article says he might have eat crow after picking LSU to finish sixth in the west if Harris wins the starting job. I really like the fact that we are being looked in such a way. The team could be motivated by this and it means we can blow people away when we start winning games against the other teams in the conference.

I've read more than one article of players saying people disrespecting them motivated them. So, I wouldn't simply discount this. Also, coaches use these things to motivate their teams.

bull shite. it's not just one guy picking us low. MOST picks have us at around 4-4 in the conference. damn right that will motivate a team. respect is one of the primary motivators in sports. look how arky and ole miss play us every year. why do you think that is?

transfer to h.s. and the brothers don't have cleats for me. make me manager w/ promise to play. 3 games in, i quit the laundry squad. i regret it.
but, thank gawd i played enuf to be smarter than most cfb coaches and can post negative stuff if i want!
