A lot of people trash the kid on here, but he's been one of our most consistent players this year.

Keep up the hard work, Josh. You've been a bright spot for us.

We are dangerous AF when he penetrates into the lane.

The big thing he did today was finish. He was a monster. In a game where we needed someone to be BatBen's sidekick gray and TQ stepped up

when he plays completely under control, he's still a step and half faster than anyone on the court with the ball. his lateral quickness will pay dividends for us in January and February

Agreed.

This break for finals couldn't come at a better time either. Hornsby and Vic will be back for the next game, Elbert can fully heal and Tone can get his mind right.

great point. I'm not worried about Tone. he's a pure shooter with freakish athleticism. a break from the gym might actually help the kid. when his shot starts falling(when, not if), watch the frick out

If by consistent you mean the opposite yes

But he had a really good game today.

Josh Grey has really improved. Has he earned a spot in the starting line up?

I like him at pg with tim as off guard. Tim is just better off the ball.

And if he has those bad gray nights you can let jp and tim handle the point duties

OK. As a Gray basher I am here to eat a bit of crow. He has looked like a different player these past few games. He's finishing at the rim, playing relentless defense, and not making as many stupid mistakes. I actually find myself defending his mistakes as he is out there trying to make plays.

Keep it going Josh

He's arguably been the 2nd most consistent player on the team, behind Simmons. Blakeney, Sampson, and TQ all are very streaky and shooting 38.5% or lower (going into tonight). When those guys are on, they are obviously better. But they aren't alwyas on.

And Gray has been a spark plug for us when we've needed it. Especially on the defensive side of the floor and forcing TOs and getting out into transition, which is where we are at our best.

Looks like the hate for Gray has carried over to this season, despite him playing well for us this year. Awesome.

If there's a Gray lover out there, it's this guy. I think I made it very well known last year what I think of his skill level.

he doesn't suck, but he isn't consistent.

Nobody on the team but Simmons is consistent. And that's the problem. Everyone else on the team has off nights where they struggle to contribute anything, especially Blakeney and Sampson. Gray always makes somewhat of an impact, if it's on D creating a steal, in transition, creating and dishing, etc.

He's been pretty impactful this year so far. But like I said, when the other guys are on, they are better. But they have nights where it seems like they aren't even out there. Gray at least does something. I should add that TQ does this as well, so he's probably the 2nd most consistent player on the team. But Gray is right there with him.

It's definitely starting to come together for him, we rely pretty heavily on his ability to create when we're stagnant offensively (which, of course, is a lot).
