Thank you coach Jones for the passion you have for LSU.

There are no true fans that question your desire to win and represent LSU proudly.

Best of luck in the future. Everyone had high expectations and sometimes things just don't work out like we hoped.

I am a true fan of LSU and I very much question his desire. He always looked like a corpse on the sideline just staring ahead and clueless. Zero fire, passion or emotion -- and son a gun, if his teams weren't a solid reflection of his desire, passion and leadership.

At least that just how I saw it.

So long Johnny. Best wishes.

Yup. He got Martin, Mickey, Simmons, and blakeney in the house. For a minute he made it cool for top recruits to come to LSU and showed it CAN be done.

He'll make for a nice asssistant/bagman for a big program

No, no, no! He freaking quit on the season last year bc Ben Simmons said he wasn't going to play. He quit! He embarrassed LSU. He should be thankful he has somehow made millions of dollars being as poor at his job as he is.

I'm so glad that quitter is no longer the coach of this program.

That's a great, classy post. You're right. Johnny is a true Tiger who spilled a lot of blood, sweat and tears for LSU.

It's a shame there are so many asshats with crappy responses in this thread.

Ditto Perfect. CJJ has always comported himself with class and dignity. I was vehemently opposed to his hiring but put that aside after a day of venting and genuinely hoped for him to succeed.

It unfortunately did not work out. I wish only the best for Johnny moving on.
