Every coach pisses everyone off eventually. It's relative.

Would you guys consider a LSU football coach a legend for making 2 semifinal games in 25 years?

Apples and oranges. If you can't figure that out, I'm not going to take the time to argue with you on this board.

I don't want CJJ fired either. I just want more from our team. We are probably third most talented team in conference. Wish we played like it. Not worried about the clown calling me a shitty poster. It's evident he has nothing real to add.

LSU didn't and never has poured money into basketball. To think Dale Brown didn't have great success at LSU is foolish.

How many NCs did LSU win in basketball with Pistol Pete playing?

LSU didn't pour money into football either until CNS put his foot up everyone on the Board's arse

Better find Ron Abernathy. CJJ is not gonna take you far without some help. Neither could Dale.

LSU poured money into football when Emmert became Chancellor, he hired Saban for $1.6 million a year (3rd highest in Dec 1999). You can blame 90s football on Joe Dean.

That still doesn't mean shite when LSU has never put money into LSU basketball success. What Dale did from 77-78 to 1991-92 was fricking awesome. If Randy didn't get hurt, shite coulda been different too.

I wasn't alive in 1967, but from what my father has told me, he was all LSU had back then! He wasn't the reason LSU never won one. He only averaged 40 plus points a game!

Did he mention Press?

This isn't even relevant.

LSU football losing to Ole Miss is ridiculous. LSU basketball this season losing @UK was expected. What wasn't expected is how close we were to winning it.

National Championships are not the only barometer for great/legendary coaches. They certainly help, but it's more about what you do for a program.

Guy V. Lewis is a legend at Houston and he never won a NC.

Gene Keady is a freaking legend at Purdue and has the court named after him, yet he never even made it to the final four.

Guys like Bo Ryan, Mark Few, Thad Mata and Bob Huggins may never win a NC, but they'll all be CBB hall of famers and legendary coaches.

And how long did Jim Boeheim coach at Syracuse before winning it all?
And if CJJ is Daddy Dale 2.0, I will be more than happy. Doesn't everyone talk about getting the PMAC back to the way it was in the 80's? A shitty cosvh doesn't pack the arena.
