He has done nothing in the coaching aspect, but lose SEC games on the road. We won't make the tournament unless he can get this team to play more disciplined. Josh Gray is a turnover machine and we don't play good basketball for long stretches at a time.

Whatever our top players straight sucked it up. Worst game of the year for Mickey and gray both on the same night

Mickey missing 6 FTs in a row is inexcusable. Cracked under pressure at the end

I have heard ppl on here say that about all three of our major sport coaches. I don't follow basketball enough to have an opinion on it. Is it true?

Exactly. Put the blame where it belongs. With these superior athletes that are headed to the NBA.

I agree. He should have coached us better at the FT line.

Go ahead and defend Jones as a gameday coach. But get used to it. It'll become more tiring than defending Miles as a gameday coach.

That said (since you have to give the bright side on here...derp derp), Jones is clearly a brilliant recruiter. But he is matching his scouting report from UNT.

Even with Musselman Jr X&Oing, and despite praise to the contrary by Ott, Hanagriff, Ponamsky and Blanton today, this team's Basketball IQ is poor..

Albeit improving at a snail's pace each passing week/month..and improved from season start and Carib isle fiasco weekend vs ODU/etc..

Lost tonight to a team they should've handled..even on the road.
