I think he's absolutely correct. I think many more means none, maybe once. The Tigers lose 2 and its over. Lose 1 and exit the SEC tourney and they're done.

What kind of mickey mouse statement is that from a schools AD? 
Holy shite I'm not saying he is wrong but what an absolute a-hole moron to publicly state that. Especially when he is on the committee

I have always thought the projections were strange with us being a 7 seed one minute and out the next. Our RPI sucks and the ooc schedule and results sucked. I think we need 5-6 more wins. Also it does help that Louisville and SMU can't go to the tourney.

That would be like Les Miles saying he doesn't think LSU should make the play-offs if they were on the bubble. What kind of moron would say that? I don't care if he thinks he is motivating the team, it is a stupid stupid move. He has to know this team isn't going to win out, not THIS team!!

To his defense, Jones has absolutely not deserved to be fired before this year.
We improved each year under him and he brought in this insanely talented squad this year.

I do not think Joe Alleva is some elite AD, I just think he gets blamed for fricking everything and gets credit for nothing.
And I don't care about him saying this. Its just the truth. He didn't throw anyone under a bus or name names.
I'd be fine with a new AD, I just don't think people realize what ADs actually do and how they measure success. Be careful what you wish for. Our Athlet. Dpt. makes a TON of money and the smaller sports have improved a lot under Joe. We have arguably the best player in the country in all 3 major sports too.
