Regardless if Jennings is found guilty by the law or not, the complete lack of leadership shown by him in this scenario should cost him his starting job.

We all thought the same thing in 2011 and was not the case. But I do agree with you

Agree, if Miles doesn't suspend AJ he is not going to reward him by giving him the starting job either. AJ will be the backup until something happens.

AJ will start as soon as possible.

Second, even if it was his, it shows a tremendous lack of cognitive skills to not go through proper channels to be it back.

So what do you do when the proper channels fail you?

unless he led them to do this, then it would show he has leadership qualities

Jennings, bain, thomas, all should get dealt with in house by miles, put yourself in there shoes and there age if someone stole your stuff you would go after them too. Now treyL should be kicked off the team if the story is true what he did.

I don't see Trey L being around...the other three clearly didn't handle the situation well and should be punished to some extent with the info that is available.

Alleva is correct about football players and the Duke thing cannot be blamed on him anymore than any horse crap based on total lies. Frankly I'm not Joe's fan by any stretch, but that deal was not remotely his fault.

First off, even if it's your stuff, you can't barge in under threat of force and take it back. Ask OJ how that turns out.

Second, even if it was his, it shows a tremendous lack of cognitive skills to not go through proper channels to be it back.
These factual statements are totally lost on those that are already possessed by the Thugcriminal Demon. Call Father Miles for an Exorcism please!

The thought processes that lead to the belief that criminal behavior is OK and pefectly justified is the sign of sick, warped and defective minds.......

I think Jennings should be kicked off the team, quite frankly, but I'm a one-strike-and-you're-out kind of guy.

I agree, but absolutely perfect people like us are rare.

Of course the Athletic Director who presided over the Duke Lacrosse scandal would say that...

You do realize that the accused players actually didn't do anything and the girl lied about everything, right?

And you realize that despite that, Joe still handled it very poorly as he jumped to presume the guys guilty just like the media did, without letting due process take its course, right?

You take your lumps like a man and don't do anything to jeopardize your scholarship and your future. You also don't act in a way that reflects poorly on your team, the same team that you are supposed to be a leader of. shite happens and life's not fair.

So they should get special treatment for breaking the law and not face the same penalties that every other person just because they play football?
