Eh, not really. I agree that people have hand-picked "facts" about Hill to demonize him and drum up interest, but I'd say Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenille is slightly worse than a speeding ticket.

This sh!t is so aggravating. If the author of this article hasn't ever lied to or cheated on his wife, if he's never smoked weed, or broken the speed limit, or driven home after having a couple beers, then fine. let him "throw stones". but a misdemeanor is a misdemeanor. You only want to bring it up because he's "famous". I'd be willing to bet that people who are actually involved in your life like your PCP, or Dentist, or Postman have a misdemeanor and you couldn't give a FLUCK.

OK. Calm down. What do we care what the person thinks.

The Syracuse Blazers let Ogie Oglethorpe play, and his transgressions were much worse than any of Hill's misdeeds.

Statutory rape laws are very troublesome. In Georgia, for a long time, they were used by racists to punish severely those people of color who "defiled" the daughters of the white man. It is a pretty disgusting practice of old Jim Crow carried forward that was highlighted by the case of Marcus Dixon.

If anyone cared to check it out

I don't know why yall are getting so upset. I think it's pretty fair. He ranks LSU 3 and discusses that Hill has past issues, but is a beast. It's not saying that Hill should go to jail.

I get what you're saying but, by all accounts, this whole situation was voluntary.
Statistically, 50 or so percent of people have sex before they are 18. A lot of us would be in jail if having carnal knowledge of a juvenile was a "big" crime.

You're right. The issue just pisses me off.. it's brought undeserved heat to the program. It's clear now but people continue to bring it up.
The kid can flat out play. I hope he realizes the microscope he'll be under for the foreseeable future and act accordingly.

I'm not upset at all. Just commenting on the fact that Hill is neither a choir boy nor a rape-fueled demon.

And he's pretty good at football.

Does his past matter to the NFL? Hell no. A true feature back with his skill set and a society that needs a new outrage on a daily basis and he will be fine. If he stays out of trouble (I believe he will)he will be a shining example of a young man down to his last strike etc etc
