Nobody knows for certain if he will or if he won't. But if he isn't let back on the team then we have other viable options.

Micah Eugene was a pretty damn good running back

John Diarse comes to mind

Lamar Louis was a very good running back

This is clearly hypothetical, but if in fact Hill doesn't join the team again this only leaves us with Hilliard, Blue and Magee. Strictly for depth purposes, which one of these players would you move to RB and why? Any other options?

You think La Tech will trade Paul Turner to us?

If Lamar Louis doesn't start at LB I'd say he definitely would make a great SEC RB if they put him on the other side. Dudes a beast

Hill will be an LSU Tiger this year unless he screws up again.

Hilliard Blue and Magee will be fine. Diarse will be a great WR and Louis needs to stay at OLB. Brazil to RB. JMO

I'm upset that turner transferred. He was really good and would have eventually gotten on the field

Out of all those options, the only 1 i could really see would be Eugene. And i really doubt he will even be moved there anyways. Louis isnt going anywhere. Going to get alot of PT at LB this year.

Diarse would only switch spots to play safety.

Eugene is the only 1 that has a chance to switch, and its less than 10% IMO. Hes a phenomenal football player that can play alot of positions. Hes got so much versatility at football its sick. He could play any DB spot, blitz, go 1vs1 vs a Manziel type player, play RB, and is a great special teams player. And hes got a great attitude. Hes all about the team and if the coaches ask him to switch he would do it to help the team. But, hes around 200lbs right now because hes a DB. Would need to put on some weight.

Seriously doubt any of them move though. We will be ok with Blue, Magee, and Hilliard if Hill is booted. If Blue goes down again this year though, then we would have to worry. But, I think Magee shines this year.

True, I forgot about Brazil.

Brazil would be my choice. But after that it would be Eugene for sure, he's to important to the defense though.

LSU has tons of depth at LB and DB. Eugene will play sparingly this year in nickel and special teams. Whether Hill does or doesn't play this year, Blue and Hilliard are gone after this year. At best case we have 2 returning RB's. It would be a smart move to bring one of them over now and not wait. And if injuries happen then at least we will be ready. It's kind of like whenever Ryan perrilloux got kicked off the team we were left without a viable option. This is not the case at RB. I just think that with the depth we already have at LB and DB or even WR with brazil it wouldn't be a bad idea considering what we may or may not be getting back next year.

If we run out of backs, I say we put JC Copeland at tailback and Fehoko Fanaika at FB. You'll have some serious meat to pound the ball, and some serious blocking when passing.

What stands out to me is how quickly Eugene hits the hole in his highlight reel.
