Yes. As long as you're 3 years removed from HS u are draft eligible.

It's 3 yrs removed from HS? I always thought it was 3 yrs of college.

I guess it makes since because not everyone necessarily has to play fb to enter the nfl

Consider him gone barring injury. I think this is going to be the wave now. The new rookie salary structure doesn't really make it worth coming back and trying to get top 5 money. Rb's have a short shelf life in the NFL...might as well cash in when you're eligible.

No he will not be able to go pro after this year 2013, because he was not enrolled in any school during the 2011 year, fall of 2012 was officially his first year!

Incorrect. You are eligible once you are 3 years removed from high school. When you went to college, if at all, is not an issue.

Everyone better start getting used to these great players leaving early. Our record this year will not last long. The incentive to stay is nearly gone.
