I guess I'm confused for thinking that he should be above "trolling."

He may have won the election by a wide margin, but he is about to find out. It does not matter who you are in this state , but you do not frick around with LSU Football. There is no quicker way to piss people off in this state and lose any public equity you may have than to frick with LSU Football.

I for one look for a politicians stance on “trolling” before voting for them. Certainly ahead of mundane topics like education, healthcare, job creation, etc.

You enjoy the governor "trolling" the flagship university of his own state on national television?

I may be in the minority, but I actually prefer my elected officials take their jobs seriously.

I, too, enjoy my governor "trolling" by bringing bad publicity to the flagship university over a made up narrative. Own those libs Mr. Landry!

As a life long Republican I can say the state has so much more to worry about than if LSU WBB was at the national anthem. My understanding they were having a meeting and team prayer before the game at that time.

This is why people no longer take our politicians serious.

I wonder what glorious news this dipshit will bring us tomorrow. Essentially TRIPLING down on what he's said is horrifically comical.

No he's not trolling LSU. He's trolling the LSU women's team for not coming out for the anthem because Mulkey doesn't want the embarassing optics of any of her players childishly kneeling for the anthem.

What position do you hold in Jeff Landry's office? Chief troll/knob gobbler?

So true. I can’t stand more legislation, policies, or government forcing things.

Landry is really disappointing me here. He really wants scholarships taken away, because an athlete misses an anthem? This is so ridiculous. Why can’t these politicians just act normal? This is extreme. I believe in free speech even if I don’t agree or like what I am seeing or hearing. I wish more people could have a bit more understanding and focus on things that are actually important. Forcing college athletes to attend anthems should not be a priority, but here we are. And this is during the age of NIL.

“Reading comprehension is hard isn’t it, my little buddy? It’s ok. We’ll help you keep up.

I placed the blame on Republicans who don’t stay true to their professed values. “

Yup, direct a personal insult..(oh, I was just being funny!) and then proudly forget that the leader of your Republican Party, DJT, has never been true to Republican values!
