Yea, but that was because of his knees not his talent.

Not that I am aware of, but there have been reports of him making plans to train for the combine.

JH should go pro, we all know the wear and tear of RBs. With that being said, if he comes back next year, we will fricking light it up in the back field. Can you imagine?

Maybe Collin's and Hill's potential decisions to stay will weigh on Turner a little. This line would be beastly next year.

now... if we can only find a D line.

How will Hill staying affect any "promises" Les may have made??

somewhat true, however he's only played 2 years of college ball and has been in a time share with carries for the most part.

Think Collins can play LT, RT, or guard which might be his best spot. Collins had a very good first year at left tackle and is projected as a possible late first or second rounder. Another year improving and showing he can play the LT will possibly vault him into the top ten or fifteen of the draft next year. Matthews from the A&M did the same last year. Possible late first rounder last year and is now top five this year.

or he realizes the NFL has only seen him at LT 1 yr, and though the results were mostly good, he could play better and improve his stock.

anybody know exactly how many games hill played in at LSU. he missed 2 games this year and didn't start playing until mid-year last year. probably around 18 games. no wear and tear on him.

with his background no team will take him before 3rd round. stay a year for off field success and he is a late first rounder next year.

Heard that Collins was basically told that the NFL scouts want to see him play more LT before spending $$$ on him. He struggled somewhat this year but I think he can improve.

He could be a 1st round pick next year and graduate.

'wear and tear' is such a relative term - it differs for each player. It's just like miles on a car; some are built to last longer.

The issue with RB in the NFL, is that they are easy to replace. You see bottom tier RB's getting replaced because it is the easiest transition from HS to college, and college to pro's. I know some will argue that you have to know how to block, but that hold true with all positions. Running the ball is running the ball.

A top tier RB in the NFL will demand some of the highest contracts, outside of QB obviously. I can see how a guy like Hill looks at himself as one of those guys at this point, because he has absolutely torn up the SEC in 2 years, and is still relatively unknown.

Collins staying would be more significant than hill

disagree imo. hill is a beast. only reason he wasn't team mvp is because he missed two games and we spread carries around. as good as jl was, hill is the better player. hill is a monster once he gets beyond the line of scrimmage.
