It’s not Ai. I know what Ai looks like. I work with it everyday. It’s real. It’s just one of those strange shots. The body can look wonky moving at full speed if caught just right. Especially with throwers. You see it with high speed photos of pitchers. Maybe not quite to the extent as this particular shot but that image is real.

Fluid bursa doesn’t explain why his joints don’t look like they line up. I have seen some crazy olecranon bursitis. His elbow looks like someone glued three tongue depressors together.
