The one thing we all said he needed to improve on he has done beyond any of our expectations. He should be the front runner.

He has been a wonderful surprise. I was fan since his freshman year at Arizona, but he has crushed all expectations.

McCarthy being up with those two is absolutely comical man. Game manager playing FCS teams week in and week out. Absolute horse shite

JJ McCarthy would be the most undeserving heisman winner I’ve ever seen

the guy threw 3 interceptions against BOWLING GREEN

Alabama game will be a separation game for Daniels if he plays well. He could (and should) be front-runner with good performance against Bama.

This media darling bullshite is ridiculous.

If LSU can beat Bama and Georgia, I don't see how they couldn't give it to JD.

Jayden has played better than anyone and has gotten better each game. Penix folded once he was the frontrunner. Mccarthy will fit into the forgettable winners (QB on best team) Weinke, Toretta and Jason White should he win. Maybe some voters will make a big deal about the Michigan cheating scandal and dock him for it.

Daniels needs to keep doing what he's doing and make the SEC championship. He has been fantastic.

Literally, with slightly better coaching in the last 2 minutes of Ole Miss, LSU would have won and JD would be the clear frontrunner.

It’s nice to remind yourself that the award is given at the end of the season, so the odds are taking into consideration current performance and remaining schedule. McCarthy couldn’t sniff Jayden’s jock right now, but UM will be favored in every game he has left and he’s a solid QB. That’s filtering itself into the betting.

Most of McCarthy’s support has to come from Michigan’s success on the field because his numbers don’t stack up to JD or Penix.
