You have to score the runs to get there. If a few games put us there then which hitting coach should we be going after?

Yep, Javi did all he could with this group this year, they just seem to struggle with any pitches other than fastballs. It's weird.

I would expect the batting averages to be lower if that were the case. I seem to remember a few recent homeruns on breaking pitches. The fact is, this team has struck out far less than most if not all other SEC teams this year.

A lot of good it did us. They didn't hit good pitching when it counted. Javi did all he could, but until the players wise up to his tutelage, they will continue to struggle in the post season.
