Is this even a question.

The only other person in the discussion would be Burrow

JaMarcus Russell second best QB behind Burrow.

He would account for 1,000 yards a game if he played in today's 7 on 7 football.

You cannot make an argument for anyone over Daniels except for Burrow

The problem with JaMarcus was consistency . He would miss short gimmee throws , then brilliantly thread the needle on a great throw . I think the pros thought “ Oh , we can teach him the easy throws. “ Then … he got big money , and it all went up in smoke with the cough syrup !

I'm the biggest JR-stan on this board and I said JD5 likely passed him for #2 all time last year

Daniels and Burrow are 1a and 1b all time and it isn’t up for debate.

Nah, Miles and Jimbo (think he was OC in 2005) would have found a way to minimize what Daniels does best

Agree but I’d put Burrow at 1a. The 65 TDs Heisman and national title put him over the top

Not even close. Apparently you didn’t actually watch Russell play. Tommy Hodson was a very good lsu qb. As was Matt Flynn.
