Not worried about it. He'll miss State and Auburn, but he'll be ready when the schedule really heats up. Jefferson will step in and they won't miss a beat.

What about all the tards who said a positive result from an x-Ray was a good thing?

What exactly does this mean? Is 6 weeks the earliest possible he can return? Or it just a possibility that that's the earliest he will return?

What does that even mean?

A high ankle sprain can linger for years. Even with an extended time frame, it doesn't necessarily mean either one is the better option. Depends on a lot of circumstances

His return gets pushed back every time more news comes out. Might as well not expect him to play this season and be pleasantly surprised when he returns for Alabama.

Well this is not good news, but it is what it is and Tigers will have to make due without an outstanding player. Hopefully Jalen can help down the stretch. He will not be the only one on the Tigers or everybody else the Tigers play.

I was really hoping to have him back for the barn but this will help a lot for the younger guys in the long run with game time experience.

After 6 weeks it's not like will just step on the field an dominate. I would think 8-10 weeks out before he is game ready. Well over half the season. Could he get a medical redshirt?

I can appreciate everyone trying to spin this positively but I wonder if he'll return at full speed at all this year. I've seen these things lInger before. This was devastating for us. I do wish him well

It isn't unheard of to come back and play well. T.O. had a break and came back 5-6 weeks later for the SB

Somebody get Mills a hyperbaric chamber and some horse placenta.

We were lucky he stuck around this season. He'll come back, and have about a month to audition for the draft.

Easily if he has to miss the whole season, but I doubt that happens. He's a competitor and I don't see him want to hold himself out of games if he has the option to play.

he wouldn't need a medical redshirt/ hardship waiver if he didn't play. he could just use a regular redshirt since he hasn't used it before.

Depending on what our record is when he's healthy, he might just need to wait until next season
