Bo Jackson and I don't think its close.
Herschel would win the sprints, but Bo was the best pure athlete ever. He would destroy the javelin, high jump, and most likely shotput.

If Bo trained with the discipline of Herschel, I'm pretty sure there wouldn't even be discussions about who is better at anything (besides sprints, which Herschel was an NCAA champ).
Bo would, without practicing, hit 500 ft homeruns, throw a baseball from outfield to third on a flat rope, and climb the outfield wall like fricking spiderman.
