I've hated Auburn since 2006. That put them on the Florida level with me. I hate Florida, Bama and auburn with a passion. I hate each for their own reason but I love beating all 3 of them down.
If Miles can somehow beat all 3 in the same year, I won't bitch about him ever again.

This +1,000. I remember watching on TV...my bud says "If we win, let's drive down to Baton Rouge...the Tigerland bars will be off the hook.

Well, we went anyway. Some offensive lineman name Zook, or something...a huge mountain of a man, bumped into him in SI, I'm 6'3, but this dude is huge.

My first win in TS, white jerseys, interception by (Ronnie Prude?) on the last play of the game, LSU entered the top 25 ('95?)

I hate Auburn because we were middle tier west div teams together in the 90's, but it all started that night.

The upright game, the ref game, the 19-15 game, the Byrd game, the earthquake game...this is my favorite rivalry.

My hatred of Auburn, in chronological order:

1. In the eighties, when Pat "Tie" Dye made a career of kicking fieldgoals for ties, instead of having the lesticles to go for decisive outcomes. That always struck me as chickenshit, and I'll never respect Auburn for allowing that.

2. Mid 90's... Midget Terry Bowden. That guy was the only man on the planet who had a snug smirk that annoyed me more than Tubberville. I just plain hated that guy.

3. 1999... cigar game. Tubberville as his worst.

4. 2001. Auburn's kicker (Duval), a true reflection of his a-hole coach, gets into a fight with the LSU band during halftime. Pure class.

5. 2004, when crooked refs decide to let Auburn re-do a missed PAT for the win.

6. 2006. Unbelievably bought-and-paid-for, crooked refs blatantly screwed LSU over and over and over, until they finally delivered what they were paid to deliver... an Auburn win. In my entire life, I've never seen anything close to what happened in that game. Of course the SEC office stood behind ALL of the incorrect calls. Because of this game, I was not at all surprised to see the SEC refs protect Alabama last year... escorting them to the national championship game, instead of a 3-loss season. No one can convince me that college football hasn't been corrupted, and Auburn has partial responsibility for that.

7. 2007... Tubberville's finest, Chas Ramsey, takes out Dorsey with a devastating chop block. Dorsey has been planting Auburn's o-linemen on their butts all night, and that was the only way to stop him. Leave it to Tubberville... and FUKK AUBURN FOR HAVING A COACH LIKE TUBBERVILLE AND ALLOWING THINGS LIKE THAT TO GO ON.

Auburn = Cheap, No Class. Still, I hate bama more.

living in alabama for the last 23 years, the hatred has been there for a while.

for me florida is 1, bama is 1a....allbarn has fallen to 2 since tubby left. course a win makes life a lot easier for the next 12 months.

Florida 1 - I literally cannot think of one good thing to say about it. Hated Tebow, Hated Gainsville when I went (got yelled at for cussing in the stadium), Hated the drive to Gainsville in college; super painful all the way around.

Auburn 2 - Reasons, here goes. War Damn Eagle? Super tough. Aubbie the Auburn Tiger? Wow. Guys with pom poms in the stands? End it.

Alabama 3 - Wouldn't call this hatred, more of an intense dislike. Haven't been a raging Tiger Fan for as long as most of you. I'd still punch a Bama fan in the teeth for fun though.

Ok - I don't actually mean I like them as in root for them. I just like the school and their fans have always been extremely cool when I've been there for a game. They're also some of the least obnoxious here in Atlanta.

I actually like Auburn, I'll be rooting for them to win the SEC if we don't. I like Tubberville too. I feel sorry for Auburn, they went undefeated in '04 and did not get a shot at the title. They also have to play second fiddle to Alabama.

Troy Twillie not Ronnie Prude

That was the night of me and my wife's first date. I made her sit in the car until the game was over, before we could go in the restaurant and eat. She didn't get upset. I knew then she was a keeper.
