It's all good brother. This week has been a trying week on all of us lsu fans. Honestly I was all in on jimbo and thought it would be an upgrade

Yeah I'm such a knight for Miles I've repeatedly said it was time for a change at head coach.

That one exception was an obvious and blatant Miles takeover.

Of course. If the game plan doesn't work it's because of miles. If the game plan works it's not because of Miles. I swear if you just took a step back and weren't biased, you'd see how crazy you sound.

I cannot help it if you cannot see the same offensive scheme through 4 OCs (or is it 3), some of which were known for having a tendency to open it up.

I actually do not hate Miles. While I think it's time, I would have been fine with "hire an OC and get out of the way" arrangement. Being a head coach is hard enough.

And here is you're problem. You thought one of the most productive qbs in lsu history was one of our worst qbs ever. You clearly haven't been a lsu fan for long if you think JJ was horrible. He wasn't great but he surely wasn't horrible.

You are clearly a troll and I cannot take you seriously if you think Curbstomp was one of the most productive QBs in LSUn history.

If you can't see the difference between what we ran when Jimbo was here, then Crowton, then stud and then CC, you don't know what you're seeing when watch lsu football. In no way is what we are running now the same thing we saw under Crowton or Jimbo. It's like you miles haters just live in this dream world.

Think?

He is top 6 in every major passing statistic in lsu history. This is a fact.
quote:

Ranks fifth for career wins by a starting quarterback at LSU with 24 ... Tied for fifth in LSU history for career TD passes with 34, equaling Jamie Howard (1992-95) ... Is sixth in LSU history in career passing yards (4,733), sixth in completion percentage (58.7), sixth in career completions (398) and sixth in attempts (678) ... Accounted for 46 TDs during his career - 34 passing, 12 rushing ... Rushed for 1,018 yards and 12 touchdowns during his LSU career ... The 1,018 rushing yards ranks first among quarterbacks in school history and the 12 rushing TDs is fifth by a QB ... Holds the LSU single-season rushing record for a quarterback with 450 yards during the 2010 season.

Wow I guess LSU has really, really been terrible at QB for a very long time.

Those stats being top 6 is really depressing.

Nope. Since 1970 no sec program has sent more qbs to the nfl than lsu.
Look I'm not saying JJ was great. He wasn't even good most of the time but he was far from horrible. His 2009 season was pretty decent. He has 2 seasons where his qb rating was higher than Flynn's in 2007. He was an average qb . slightly above average on his best day.

The amount of his starts helps with career rankings as well.

so is the coin flip at the beginning of every game a sign of mental illness? if it comes up heads 4 times in a row doesn't mean the 5th time it will come up heads again.

I need to see a list of QBs so I can get some grasp on who was in the NFL. 58.6% completion rate is putrid and to be top 6 is just horrible.

Choctaw, Beefense, etc. You are all infuriating.

No one hates the man. He cannot get the job done any longer. It is obvious. Everyone loves the MAN. We are sick of the coach.

Seeing that babbling idiot on our sidelines next year is going to be absolutely miserable. Knowing that he gives us nothing but mediocrity every single fricking year and you morons are totally okay with it because "Oh look at his stupid clap he's so NICE", makes me fricking ill. He is past his prime. This is a business. It is sad to see how many people are totally okay with being average. I guess it shows that that mindset spreads far past football coaches, though, if you look at the world today.

62% is probably the minimum an NFL team will tolerate these days unless they are forced to accept it.
