We have a Half a bottle of Rum, two cases of beer, the Sun is shining and we're wearing Purple and Gold.

I highly doubt they are drinking and driving come on bro! Although you are taking a gamble with the open container law which is a complete bullshite law to begin with. I remember back in the day my uncles knocking back the brews in the back seat as my dad drove, oh the good ole days!
